Delta Wrestling Club is based out of Muncie, Indiana. The club operates year round and is for Ages 4 through 12th grade at any skill level! We work on drills and techniques that focus on basic foundations as well as expanding to next level training that includes chain wrestling and more advanced skill sets. You can practice with our club regardless of what school district you attend.

• Wrestling shoes - no street shoes allowed on the wrestling mat.

FOLKSTYLE SEASON DETAILS :

• Beginners Group (0-2 years experience) - this group is based on learning the sport and fundamental skills, getting quality mat time, and most important having fun

• Advance Group (2+ years experience) - this group is for those who have a foundation and are ready to expand their skills, have a higher expectation in training, seek higher level competition, and compete on dual teams

Folkstyle Practice Days:

• Start date is October 28, 2025

• Every Tuesday and Thursday

• Beginners 6:15-7:15PM

• Advanced 7:15-8:30PM

• Beginners season ends in late December/early January.

• Advanced season ends in early March.
