Delta Wrestling Club operates year round and is for Ages 4 through 12th grade and are at any skill level! We work on drills and techniques that focus on basic foundations as well as expanding to next level training that includes chain wrestling and more advanced skill sets.

ELEMENTARY FOLKSTYLE SEASON DETAILS:

• Beginners Group (0-2 years experience) - this group is based on learning the sport and fundamental skills, getting quality mat time, and most important having fun

• Advance Group (2+ years experience) - this group is for those who have a foundation and are ready to expand their skills, have a higher expectation in training, seek higher level competition, and compete on dual teams

Practice Days:

• Start date is Oct. 24th

• Every Tuesday and Thursday

Practice Times:

• Beginners Group (6:30PM - 7:30PM)

• Advanced Group (6:30PM - 8:00PM)
